About us: we are a family-run timber business rooted in this community, where exceptional customer service is as important as the quality of our wood. From the first phone call to delivery and aftercare, our team offers friendly, practical advice tailored to each project — whether you are a local DIYer, a tradesperson or a large contractor. We take pride in providing clear, honest quotes, reliable delivery times and expert help with species selection, treatments and ordering bespoke sizes. As a family firm we build long-term relationships: we listen carefully, respond quickly, and stand behind our products with straightforward warranties and attentive after-sales support. Sustainable sourcing and fair pricing complete the service you can expect when you choose us for your timber needs.
