As a client commissioning qrustic to produce bespoke timber fittings for a commercial refurbishment, our experience was consistently professional and practical. qrustic opened with a workshop consultation that clarified design intent and material choices, followed by written estimates and a clear timeline. Communication was concise and timely throughout: queries were answered promptly, change requests were logged and confirmed, and we received regular progress updates. Scheduling was precise — start and completion dates were set out at the outset and met in line with the programme, with the team giving advance notice of deliveries and site visits. On site qrustic managed their operations carefully, protecting existing finishes, coordinating with our contractor and leaving the area clean at the end of each working day. The final result is robust and very well finished; the joinery fits precisely and the surface treatments have held up to daily use. For anyone considering qrustic, this testimonial offers practical insight into their working process: clear documentation, a structured workshop approach, conscientious site management and a durable, high-quality finish that you can rely on.
